Two more matchups were played out to close the action in Round 4 of 7DAYS EuroCup as Promitheas Patras and Herbalife Gran Canaria grabbed new wins.

Promitheas managed to hold off a feisty Nanterre 92 squad for, in the end, a convincing 88-72 home win.

Charis Giannopoulos banked 21 for the victors followed by Ian Miller with 19 and Danny Agbelese with 11 points. Vangelis Mantzaris didn’t score any points but he did dish out 11 assists to the squad.

On the other side, the 2017 second-round NBA Draft pick of the Atlanta Hawks in Alpha Kaba had a strong output with 20 points on 9-10 shooting while also grabbing eight rebounds and logging two blocks. Tyler Stone and Isaia Cordinier helped with 16 each.

Meanwhile, Gran Canaria had everything under control in a 94-76 road win against Frutti Extra Bursaspor.

John Shurna was at the head of the charge with 18 points and eight boards while Tomas Dimsa scored 16 and Javier Beiran 11, as did Matthew Costello.

For Bursaspor, Oguz Savas scored 14, Omercan Ilyasoglu 13 and Kenny Kadji 12 points.

Yesterday, Dolomiti Energia Trento improved to 4-0 with a win against Cedevita Olimpija in a low-scoring match.
