Amedeo Della Valle is close to a deal with Buducnost Podgorica for the rest of 2020-2021, sources have told Eurohoops. The Italian sharpshooting guard officially parted ways with Gran Canaria, Friday (23/11).

Della Valle played in two EuroCup games with Gran Canaria, averaging 13.0 points in 23:54 minutes while having 8.5 points in 22:36 minutes over four matches of the Spanish ACB League.

If an agreement with Buducnost is finalized, Della Valle will remain in EuroCup, where he previously was named to the competition’s All-First Team in 2018 and will make his first appearance in ABA League. Buducnost is currently undefeated at 3-0 in the ABA and the co-leader in Group B of EuroCup with 3-1.

Italian website Superbasket first reported about Buducnost’s interest in Della Valle.

UPDATE: Buducnost officially announced that Della Valle signed with the team.
