Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar prevailed over Lietkabelis Panavezys with a 94-90 victory in Round 8 of 7DAYS EuroCup and sealed its ticket to the Top 16 round after improving to a 6-2 record.
Mindaugas Kuzminskas led all scorers of the winners with 20 points and four rebounds, Jordan Crawford and Stanislav Ilnitskiy followed with 17 and 13 points each. Reggie Lynch and Will Cummings added 10 points apiece, while Mantas Kalnietis dished 11 assists on 6 points.
Margiris Normantas led the Lithuanian side with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists, Paulius Valinskas tapped 19 points and Kyle Vinales had 12.
Earlier in the week, Monaco bounced back with a road win over Antwerp, while the game between Virtus Bologna and MoraBan Andorra has been postponed and will be played on a later date.
