Unics Kazan announced that the club signed guard Jordan Theodore for the remainder of the season. Theodore was a free agent after parting ways with Unics this summer when his contract with the Russian team expired.

In 2019-2020, Theodore averaged 8.7 points, 4.8 assists and 2.2 rebounds in six EuroCup appearances with Unics, along with 10.3 points, 7.7 assists and 4.5 rebounds in six VTB League games, before the two competitions were canceled.

Theodore previously played for such teams as Olimpia Milano, AEK Athens, Besiktas and Banvit. He won Basketball Champions League MVP with the latter in 2017.
