EuroCup action continued Friday with two more rescheduled games from Round 6

Virtus Segafredo Bologna remained undefeated against Lietkabelis Panavezys in their Group C Round 6 rescheduled game and with an 82-73 victory they marked their seventh win in the competition.

The Italian side, which has already sealed its ticket to the Top 16 round, was paced by Kyle Weems‘ 14-point performance. Amadeo Tessitori and Giampaolo Ricci tapped 11 points each and Julian Gamble had 9 points.

Kyle Vinales posted a game-high performance with 27 points and six assists for the visitors, while Vytenis Lipkevicius added 11 points. Lietkabelis suffered its sixth defeat in seven games.

The battle for the remaining berths for the Top 16 in Group B heated up as Buducnost Voli Podgorica defeated Germani Brescia 75-66 to improve to a 4-2 record.

Melvin Ejim paced the efforts of the visitors with 18 points and 8 boards, Justin Cobbs added 16 points, Nikola Ivanovic had 15 and Zoran Nikolic followed with 11.

Drew Crawford and Dusan Ristic were the only two players in double digits for the Italian side, with 15 and 10 points respectively. Brescia now falls to a 1-5 record.
