Assem Marei posted a double-double with 24 points and 15 boards for a PIR of 37 as Boulogne Metropolitans 92 ended their 7DAYS EuroCup regular season run with an 86-81 victory against Germani Brescia.
The French side had already punched its ticket to the Top 16 round earlier on and now will have to wait for Unicaja‘s result on Wednesday to determine the winner of Group B.
Archie Goodwin added up to Marei’s efforts with 19 points and David Michineau posted 11 points. On the other end of the court, TJ Cline posted a game-high with 26 points for Brescia and Kenny Cherry tapped 13 points.
The Italian team bids goodbye to the competition after finishing the regular season with a 2-8 run.
