Unicaja Malaga and swingman Dragan Milosavljevic parted ways, the Spanish club announced.
Milosavljevic is still rehabilitating from a knee injury that has prevented him to step on the court since the training camp of the Serbian national team for the 2019 World Cup. The 31-year-old player has been working towards returning to action but the COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t allowed him to train properly, something that further complicated his recovery progress.
Malaga signed Milosavljevic in 2017 from Alba Berlin. In 2019, he signed a two-year extension with the team, shortly before he got injured a month before the World Cup.
