Boulogne is unable to travel to Serbia due to certain quarantine measures in France.

EuroCup Basketball announced the the upcoming Round 16 game between Partizan Belgrade and Boulogne Metropolitans 92 has bee relocated from the Serbian capital to Ljubljana Slovenia. The relocation took place after a request by Boulogne due to health measures in France that prohibit any travels to non-European Union countries.

Per EuroCup:

The 7DAYS EuroCup Top 16 Round 6 game between Partizan NIS Belgrade and Boulogne Metropolitans 92, which is scheduled to be played on Wednesday, March 10 at 20:30 local time, has been relocated and will be played at Arena Stozice in Ljubljana, Slovenia, instead of Belgrade. Boulogne Metropolitans 92 requested the rellocation due to French legislation imposing quarantine measures on the team after travelling outside the European Union.
