Luis Casimiro is on to his first coaching experience in Greece after he has been officially appointed head coach of Promitheas Patras, the team announced Thursday, confirming prior Eurohoops reports.
For Promitheas, the arrival of Casimiro signals also the first international coach to take over the bench.
Casimiro, 61, spent the last three seasons with Unicaja Malaga and has also gained experience with teams like Gran Canaria, Fuenlabrada and Estudiantes in the Spanish Liga Endesa.
