Loic Schwartz has been acquired by Promitheas, the team announced Tuesday.

Schwartz, 28, was named PBL Finals and Belgian Cup MVP last season. The Greek side will be his first challenge abroad following four seasons at Filou Oostende and five at Spirou Charleroi making most of his pro career.

The latest newcomer for Luis Casimiro’s side registered 11.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.4 rebounds per Basketball Champions League match last season. At the domestic level, he had 11.2 points per contest.

The Belgian international returns to the 7DAYS EuroCup after his stint five years ago with Spirou. He joins the list of summer additions consisting of Nikos Rogkavopoulos, Kendrick Ray, and Abdul Gaddy. Also, Jerai Grant extended his contract during the offseason.
