Partizan NIS is up and running looking at the 2021-22 season

Ambitious Partizan NIS under the guidance of legendary head coach Zeljko Obradovic has officially started the training camp ahead of the 2021-22 season.

Besides Obradovic returning after nearly three decades, the team based in Belgrade has picked up Alen Smailagic, Dallas Moore, Zach LeDay, Rodions Kurucs, Aleksa Avramovic, and Kevin Punter shaping out an extremely solid roster.

Obradovic, 61, had been working with younger members of the squad since last week, but the first official team practice was held today, Monday. The team will head to Zlatibor tomorrow for the next couple of weeks.

Moore alongside Marcus Paige, and William Mosley are expected to join the team soon. The remaining newcomers, plus Rade Zagorac, Nemanja Dangubic, Uros Trifunovic, Aleksa Stepanovic, Trey Dreschsel, Dusan Miletic, Dordije Jovanovic, Nikola Radovanovic, Mihailo Petrovic, Marko Vukcevic, and Gregor Glas are already available.

Partizan, following a series of friendly games to complete the preseason, will head into the 7DAYS EuroCup and the ABA League labeled among the strong favorites of both competitions.
