Caleb Homesley is the final summer addition for the Hamburg Towers, the team announced.

Homesley, 24, was recently waived by the Washington Wizards after putting up 12.0 points. 4/8 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.0 blocks, 0.5 steals per game in the NBA Las Vegas Summer League. He logged 9.3 points per G League match last in 2020-21 after being waived by the Wizards at the end of the training camp.

The former Liberty standout moves his talents to Europe for his second pro season. He completed the 2021-22 squad of the German team following in previous offseason acquisitions, Jaylon Brown, Jabril Durham, Seth Hinrichs, Eddy Edigin, Zach Brown, Robin Christen, and Lukas Meisner.

“I am very happy for the opportunity to get my first experience outside the USA at the Towers. But I am not afraid. At the end of the day, it’s basketball,” he said, per the team press release.

The Towers are set to compete in the 7DAYS EuroCup, apart from domestic competitions.
