Partizan NIS reached an agreement with William Mosley on the early termination of their contract, the team announced Monday.

Mosley, 32, joined the Serbian powerhouse prior to the 2019-20 season. His two seasons were highlighted by capturing the Serbian Cup in 2020 and the ABA League Supercup in 2019. He appeared in a total of 65 games, including 28 matches in the 7DAYS EuroCup with 5.5 points and 5.2 rebounds per match.

Coming out of Northwestern State in 2012, the American center moved his talents to Europe. The overseas challenge stretched for six years in the second division of Italy. From there, he joined top-flight Trieste for the 2018-19 season before shifting to Partizan.

Mosley averaged 6.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game in the 2020-21 edition of ABA. In addition, he posted 4.4 points and 4.7 rebounds per EuroCup contest over 12 appearances up to his side ranking fourth in Top 16 Group F and being knocked out.

Partizan, backed by legendary head coach Zeljko Obradovic since his return in late June, has already started the 2021-22 season at 3-0 in the ABA League. Mosley did not play in the three games.

Coming up, a visit to Cibona on Friday. After the ABA League Regular Season Round 4 fixture, the EuroCup Regular Season Round 1 contest opposite the Hamburg Towers on the road next Tuesday.

The packed roster with Kevin Punter, Rodions Kurucs, Zach LeDay, Rade Zagorac, Aleksa Avramovic, Nemanja Dangubic, Alen Smailagic, Dallas Moore, Yam Madar, and more can be considered among the most likely for an extended run in the 2021-22 EuroCup season and looking to secure a spot in the next Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season.
