Valencia Basket has confirmed several COVID-19 cases and as a result, their upcoming 7DAYS EuroCup game against Bursaspor at home has been suspended. The Spanish side doesn’t have the minimum of eight players to compete.

A new date for the game is expected to be announced soon.

Per EuroCup:

The 7DAYS EuroCup Regular Season Round 7 game between Valencia Basket and Frutti Extra Bursaspor, originally scheduled to be played on Wednesday, December 15, has been suspended. Valencia Basket requested the suspension due to local legislation imposing quarantine measures on the team after several team members tested positive for COVID-19, which leaves it without the minimum eight players on the Authorization List fit to play.

Following the Special Regulations due to COVID-19, approved by the ECA Shareholders Executive Board, each game can be rescheduled up to three times, if there are available dates. Euroleague Basketball will coordinate with both teams the best options to reschedule the game. Alternative dates will be announced on official Euroleague Basketball platforms once confirmed.
