After returning to Ljubljana last November, Alen Omic committed to staying at Cedevita Olimpija heading to the next season, the team announced Tuesday. The contract renewal lasts until the end of the 2023-24 season.
Per the press release: “Alen Omić will continue to wear the Cedevita Olimpija jersey! The favorite of the Ljubljana audience will continue to give energy to Stožice Arena!

Former Slovenian national team player Alen Omić joined the team of head coach Jurica Golemac at the end of November 2021. In 2022-23, Cedevita Olimpija is slated to compete in the 7DAYS EuroCup and AdmiralBet ABA League besides looking for a third domestic league championship in a row.
