Leonardo Meindl spent the last two seasons in Spain and he is expected to be announced soon as the newest addition of EuroCup newcomer Cluj-Napoca. The 29-years old forward and the club have already a deal per Eurohoops sources.
Meindl averaged 13.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.1 assists last season with Urbas Fuenlabrada and his name was linked also to other Spanish clubs this summer.
However, Cluj-Napoca wants to make its presence felt in the EuroCup, like they did last year in the Basketball Champions League and the addition of Meindl is a step towards the right direction.
