Juan Nunez is leaving Real Madrid and signed in Germany with Ulm, as both clubs officially announced.
It’s a move that makes sense for the Spanish guard who will get more minutes with Ulm and a more prominent role, which couldn’t be available in Madrid’s roster.
However, Nunez is coming hot after leading Spain to the U20 European gold, averaging 11.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 1.6 steals, while being two years younger than the age limit of the competition.
With the move confirmed, Nunez is already the main candidate for the EuroCup rising star award.
