In one of the bigger upsets of the round, Buducnost was stopped on the home court. After three straight wins, the Montenegro team fell short against Paris basketball 77-74

It seemed that Budućnost was breaking the rival, but instead, the guests went on a 14-0 run, for a four-point lead, five minutes before the end, 69-65. A battle of “nerves” ensued but the French side pulled off a big win.

Kyle Allman and Aamir Simms scored 13 points for Paris, while Alpha Kaba led the way for Buducnost with 17 points and 16 rebounds.

Turk Telekom is on a roll. With their fourth straight win, the Turkish team remains on top of group B, after defeating Trento 81-61. After trailing in the first quarter, the home side went on a run to seal the deal, and three players led the way.

Axel Bouteille scored 22 points while missing only four shots during the entire game. Jerian Grant added 17 points, and Tony Taylor finished with 16 points. On the other side, Matteo Spagnolo scored 15 points as Trento remains winless this season.

In Group B, U-BT Cluj-Napoca got back in the winning column. In Romania, they got a big win against Germani Brescia 91-86. The home side went on a run in the third quarter that secured the win. Karel Guzman and Leonardo Meindl scored 15 points, while Emanuel Cate and Nemanja Gordic added 13.

Joventut Badalona had a defensive clinic in Germany. The Spanish team made easy work of Ratiopharm Ulm 68-54. The third quarter was decisive because Ulm scored only six points while Joventut went on a run that sealed the game.

Pau Ribas and Simon Birgander scored 11 points for Joventut. Karim Jallow added 14 for Ulm.
