Eurocup’s fourth round saw all three of the hosts beating their opponents and claiming much-needed victories, as the action continues on Wednesday.

In Group B, Reggio Emilia beat Le Mans 93-82 after a tremendous third-quarter performance, when they outscored their opponents 26-16 to take a 15-point lead after 30 minutes in the game (72-57), which let them claim an easy victory at the end.

For the winners, Amedeo Della Valle was the top scorer with 20 points, with four more players being in double digits, while Mickael Gelabale and Damion James both scored 14 points for the losing squad.

In the other match of the group, Ludwigsburg was victorious against Brindisi 84-80 in a do-or-die match for both teams. It was a close  derby in the first half, with the hosts in front by eight (44-36),but the visitors came from behind and tied the game after 30 minutes (60-60). But, Ludwigsburg stood tall at the end and claimed a much-needed victory.

Munoz-Borchers had 17 points for the winners, with Rocky Trice adding 16. On the other hand, Adrian Banks had 18 points for Brindisi.

In Group C, Valencia made a dominant performance in the second half (48-27) and destroyed Venice 88-59 in the last match of the night. After a close first half (40-32), the Spaniards exploded and outscored their opponents 21-13 and 27-14 in the last two quarters, respectively, to earn an easy victory.

For the winners, Rafa Martinez was the top scorer with 16 points, while three more players were in double digits. For the visitors, who failed to remain competitive during the entire game, Phillip Goss scored 14 points.
