Justus Hollatz arrived in Ljubljana this summer but quickly departed Cedevita Olimpija to join Anadolu Efes on a one-season loan. While Leo Westermann was considered an option to replace him in the ranks of the Slovenian champions, the club reportedly opted for Nikola Radicevic, as indicated by Meridian Sport.

It appears that both sides have reached an agreement, with official confirmation pending to finalize the deal.

Radicevic, a former 57th pick in the NBA draft selected by the Denver Nuggets, spent the previous season in Bilbao, averaging 6.2 points and 3.1 assists in the Spanish ACB League.

The 29-year-old point guard has played for Sevilla, Gran Canaria, and Murcia in Spain throughout his career. He has also worn the jerseys of Crvena Zvezda, Aquila Trento, Promitheas Patras, Trefl Sopot, and Lietkabelis.

In addition to Radicevic, Cedevita Olimpija is also signing the talented Turkish international Derin Can Ustun from Bahcesehir. Although he was close to joining Fenerbahce, he ultimately chose the Ljubljana team.

The 16-year-old debuted in the BSL last season and had a great U16 European Championship this summer, averaging 15 points, five assists, and 4.1 rebounds per game.
