After playing in China for the first time in his career, Kyle Wiltjer officially comes back to Europe and to the BKT EuroCup, signing with Reyer Venice to fill the gap left by Bruno Caboclo, who never joined the Italian side.

Averaging 16.4 points and 5.9 rebounds with the Zhejiang Lions, the 30-year-old Canadian forward will make his return to the Old Continent, where he already played for Olympiacos, Malaga – averaging 10.3 points and 3.4 rebounds per game in the 2018-19 EuroCup -, Turk Telekom Ankara, and finally, Lenovo Tenerife, winning the 2021-22 Basketball Champions League.

Best three-point shooter in the 2021-22 ACB with 47.8% from beyond the arc, and NCAA champion with the Kentucky Wildcats in 2012, Kyle Wiltjer went undrafted in 2016 but still eventually joined the Houston Rockets, playing also with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. At the 2019 FIBA World Cup in China, he led Canada with 16.4 points per game.
