Coming back from China – where he was playing with the Beijing Ducks – to Spain until the end of the season, Shannon Evans officially signed with Joventut Badalona, boosting the black-and-green side’s backcourt.

His last European experience came in the second part of the 2022-23 season, when he debuted in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague with Valencia, averaging 5.5 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game, shooting 55.6% from two. He will make his debut in the BKT EuroCup now.

In the 2021-22 season, his first one in Spain, he helped Real Betis avoid relegation by averaging 17.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 6.8 assists in the ACB League.

Staying with the green-and-white team the following year, he was the domestic league’s leading scorer with 21.0 points per game before heading to Valencia. Before, he played for Atomeromu in Hungary, Pau-Orthez in France, and Bahcesehir in Turkey.
