The newcomer of the BKT EuroCup, Tofas, has secured guard Bryce Jones after a spectacular year with Aris Betsson, as reported by Eurohoops on Friday morning.

The 31-year-old playmaker, who joins the Turkish squad following the recent hiring of Massimo Cancellieri as the new head coach, made an immediate splash to start his 2025-26 journey in Euroleague Basketball’s second-tier club competition by capturing the Most Valuable Player of Round 1 honors, en route to averaging an impressive 17.6 points, 5.1 assists, and 3.4 rebounds across 18 appearances.

Before making his mark in Greece, Jones carved out a highly successful professional path across several competitive European leagues, including 19 previous EuroCup games with U-BT Cluj-Napoca.

Meanwhile, Besiktas Gain secured frontcourt stability by confirming on Thursday that Conor Morgan, a veteran of 118 EuroCup appearances, has signed a contract extension. The 31-year-old forward-center evolved into a crucial starter under head coach Dusan Alimpijevic this past year, averaging 8.6 points and 4.2 rebounds over 20 games during the team’s run to the Finals.

Additionally, Veolia Towers Hamburg announced on Thursday that they brought veteran forward and Hamburg native Sid-Marlon Theis back home for the 2026-27 season following his six-year stint with the Rostock Seawolves. The 33-year-old combo forward is set to debut in the league.

Following Mateo Seric and Yohan Choupas, Niners Chemnitz continued their active early offseason building by announcing on Tuesday the signing of forward Jannis von Seckendorff from second-division side Bremerhaven.

In other official league movements, Kids&Us Manresa strengthened its future roster on Wednesday by adding 22-year-old Pablo Tamba on a two-year deal.
