The former NBA player, with 24 appearances in the world’s top league, will debut in the BKT EuroCup

Malcolm Hill has officially joined U-BT Cluj-Napoca ahead of the new season, as announced on the BKT EuroCup website.

Hill, who also has NBA experience, will be a major reinforcement for the Romanian team for the upcoming season.  Last year, they reached the EuroCup Quarterfinals, as well as the ABA League Quarterfinals.

Malcolm Hill, a small forward born in 1995, spent four years in college at Illinois. His first professional club was Star Hotshots, after which he went to Germany and played for Bonn and Ludwigsburg before moving to Astana.

He also played for Hapoel Jerusalem, then moved to the NBA, where he appeared in 24 games for the Atlanta Hawks, the Chicago Bulls, and the New Orleans Pelicans. Before coming to Cluj-Napoca, he played in the G League for the Delaware Blue Coats.
