Riga signs Tony Perkins, Bahcesehir adds Damien Inglis

Perkins is set for his EuroCup debut, while Inglis is returning to Europe after two seasons in Japan

Riga strengthened its backcourt by signing shooting guard Tony Perkins to a one-year contract, the club announced.

Perkins (1.93 meters, 24 years gold) joins Riga from ERA Basketball Nymburk, where he averaged 9.5 points and 2.5 assists in 22 Czech League games last season, helping the team capture the national championship.

He posted even stronger numbers in the Basketball Champions League, averaging 11.0 points, 3.4 assists and 2.3 steals in seven appearances as Nymburk advanced to the playoffs.

An eventful 2025-26 campaign saw Perkins begin the season with Kedainiu Nevezis-Optibet, where he averaged 17.0 points and 2.5 assists in 10 Lithuanian League games.

Bahcesehir signs Damien Inglis

Bahcesehir Koleji has officially announced that it has added 31‑year‑old French player Damien Inglis to its roster. Able to play both power forward and center, Inglis most recently played in the Japanese League in his career.

In the 2023‑24 season, the experienced player had a productive year with Valencia, after which he moved in the summer of 2024 to Yokohama B‑Corsairs of the Japanese League.

Spending the last two seasons of his career in the Japanese League, Damien Inglis delivered impressive averages in 57 games last season, with 16.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.4 steals.
