The BKT EuroCup landscape continues to reshape ahead of the upcoming 2026–27 Regular Season, with a flurry of roster moves announced on Monday across multiple clubs.

In Group B, the Skyliners secured a major piece of their rotation by announcing a one-year contract extension with 25-year-old guard Nahiem Alleyne. The former St. John’s, Connecticut, and Virginia Tech player in the NCAA also brings previous continental experience from his ten appearances with Trefl Sopot in the second tier of Euroleague Basketball. He becomes the third key player to recommit to the Frankfurt outfit this summer, following Isaiah Swope and Will Christmas, ensuring a high level of core continuity for head coach Klaus Perwas. This retention strategy complements offseason acquisitions, which featured Thomas Klepeisz, Marcus Garrett, and Race Thompson, reinforcing the squad.

Concurrently, Group A’s Rigas Zelli made a significant addition to their backcourt by signing 28-year-old guard Ben Shungu to a one-year deal. The Vermont product enters a deeply established and highly competitive roster that already features Kristians Feierbergs, Isaac Johnson, Gustavs Kampuss, Kristers Kikusts, Tony Perkins, Toms Skuja, Martynas Varnas, Tyler Wahl, Raivo Kudryavtsev, Rolands Sulcs, Janis Berzins, Tomas Talcis, and Ritvars Nikolajevs.

Meanwhile, Group D’s Balkan Botevgrad also announced a signing on Monday, with Bulgaria’s National Basketball League champions securing the services of 27-year-old Ivan Alipiev. His arrival adds significant depth and versatility to the roster, building on the club’s early momentum, which previously saw the contract extensions of Nikolay Grozev and Dimitar Dimitrov.
