A well deserved achievement for the super-scorer of Galatasaray.

It comes as no surprise that Errick McCollum of Galatasaray was chosen as the MVP of 2015-2016 in Eurocup. The American super-scorer had a brilliant season, leading his team all the way to the Finals, for the first time ever in the club’s history.

McCollum has the best index rating average (22) out of all Eurocup players and the second best scoring average, with 18.7 points per game. He is the top scorer in accumulated numbers, having registered 396 points in total. A number that will be, most likely, increased, since the Finals are ahead.

But his contribution in the game of Galatasaray didn’t stop in filling the opponents’ basket with ease. The 28-year old guard has been of diverse help to his team, averaging 44. rebounds and 3.7 assists. He had also made the lives of the players that tried to guard him extremely difficult, since he has won 6.6 fouls per game.

Yet the greatest challenge for Errick McCollum remains: To win the Eurocup trophy with Galatasaray and write history for his team and for himself.
