A three by Murcia’s Jose Angel Antelo send the game to overtime, but in the end Unicaja Malaga got the close 89-86 win in one of the two all Spanish match-ups of the night in Eurocup.

The hosts survived with Faccundo Campazzo cutting their lead to three with 9 seconds on the clock for the end of the overtime. However nothing changed in the time remaining. Jamar Smith with 18 points, Adam Wacynski with 17 and Kyle Fogg with 16 were the leaders of the winning team. Campazzo had 16 points, 7 assists, 4 steals and 5 turnovers for the other side.

With both teams already qualified for the Top16 the real good news came from the return of Nemanja Nedovic on the court. The Serb guard played almost for 20 minutes and scored 5 points, putting into bed the fears that came with his injury.
