Limoges adds Morency, Maille

Limoges CSP started to get ready for its 7DAYS EuroCup return next season by inking guard Jean-Baptiste Maille and forward Jean-Frederic Morency, the club announced Friday.

Maille (1.90 meters, 23 years old, photo) arrives from Provence Basket, where he averaged 4.2 points and 3.9 assists in 32 French second division games last season. He started his career with Le Mans Sarthe Basket and also played for ESSM Le Portel Cote d’Opale and Vendee Challans Basket of his native France. Maille has been a member of the French U20 national team. Morency (1.99 meters, 28 years old) arrives from JSF Nanterre, where he averaged 5.4 points and 2.8 rebounds last season, in which he helped his team win the French Cup and the FIBA Europe Cup titles. Morency started his career with Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez and also played for another French team, BCM Gravelines Dunkerque Grand Litoral, before joining Nanterre. Maille and Morency are set to make their EuroCup debut with Limoges next season.
