Trevor Lacey (26, 1.91 m.) from Dinamo Sassari and Chris Babb  (27, 1,96 m.) from ratiopharm Ulm have agreed to sign with the Russian club, both of them having 1+1 deals.

There were rumors about Babb being a target of EuroLeague teams, but Lokomotiv, which wants to return to the top European league by winning the Eurocup, managed to secure his services.

Those two players will be the backcourt core for next season, as the club also announced that Taylor Rochestie will not continue his career in Russia. Meanwhile Russian forward Andrey Zubkov after eight seasons with Lokomotiv Kuban is also leaving and forward Stanislav Ilnitskiy signed until the end of the 2019-20 season. Ilnitskiy (2.00 meters, 23 years old) arrives from Khimki Moscow Region, where he averaged 4.6 points on 71% two-point shooting and 3.5 rebounds in 17 7DAYS EuroCup games last season, helping his team reach the quarterfinals.
