Experienced power forward Damir Markota is the latest signing of Cedevita Zagreb, the club officially announced.
Markota, 31, had terminated his contract with Turkish club Usak Sportif with which he began the season. He’s expected to make his debut with Cedevita in the upcoming EuroCup game against Darussafaka Istanbul, in Zagreb.
Markota was averaging 10.8 points and 4.8 rebounds per game in the Turkish Basketball League this season.
