Darussafaka Istanbul came back from a 13-point third-quarter deficit and beat Unics Kazan on the road (79-75) reaching a 7-1 record.

Scottie Wilbekin finished with 19 points and 5 assists for the winners. Stephane Lasme led six Unics scorers in double figures with 18 points and 6 blocks and had also reason to smile. Despite the defeat Unics also secured a spot in the Top16 with a 5-3 record.

On the contrary, Andorra beat Cedevita (78-71) behind 15 points by Jaka Blazic and the losing side lost the chance to also qualify for the Top16.

However, it was Levallois Metropolitans which suffered the biggest loss of the night. Behind 17 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists by Sasha Vujacic, FIAT Turin got the 92-86 win leaving Paris and Boris Diaw (23 p., 8 r. 3 as.) with just a 1-7 record out of the Top16. The captain of the French national team cut the lead of the Italians to two points (88-86) with 27 seconds left but couldn’t win the game in order to stay alive.
