Darussafaka made the first step forward in the EuroCup finals and took down Lokomotiv in Krasnodar, in overtime.

In the first final of the 2017-18 EuroCup season, Darussafaka managed to seal off the first victory against Lokomotiv with 81-78.

Scottie Wilbekin, who led the game to the extra five-time period, paced the winners with 24 points, five assists and three rebounds. Adding to his work, Will Cummings followed with 17 points and eight rebounds.

In this toe-to-toe fight, both teams showed equal passion for the win, offering a highly competitive game to the viewers. After multiple ties into the second half, Lokomotiv expanded its lead, though Wilbekin was there to send the game to overtime (72-72).

Chris Babb (13 points) pushed the hosts to just one point behind with 8 seconds remaining, though Wilbekin was there again to save the day.

Dmitry Kulagin led the Russian side with 18 points, six rebounds, and six assists.
