Valencia has announced that the club exercised the extension clause in the contract of Guillem Vives (24, 1,92m) and the Catalan guard will stay with the team until the summer of 2019.
This will be the 5th season of Vives with the team, after playing in 40 games last season, averaging 4.4 points, 1.8 rebounds and 2.9 assists.
Vives was signed back in the summer of 2014, after being named the best young player of the Spanish league for his season with Joventut Badalona. He is also a member of the Spanish national team.
