Awudu Abass moves from one Italian club to another.

Awudu Abass is officially a player of Leonessa Brescia. The 25-year-old Italian swingman joins the team on a two-year deal and will thus compete in EuroCup next season, apart from the Italian Serie A.

Abass comes from Olimpia Milano.

Per EuroCup Basketball:

Germani Brescia Leonessa signed swingman Awudu Abass to a two-year contract, the club announced Wednesday evening. Abass (1.98 meters, 25 years old) spent the past two seasons with AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan and appeared in 33 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games, mostly in a reserve role. He won the Italian League championship and the Italian Cup during his time in Milan. Abass began his career with Pallacanestro Cantu for which he made his EuroLeague debut in 2012. He has played for the Italian national team at both the junior and senior levels. Awass helped Italy win a gold medal at the 2013 U20 European Championships.
