Germani Brescia Leonessa reached a new agreement with forward Brian Sacchetti to keep working together until the end of the 2020-21 season.

32-year-old Sacchetti averaged 6.7 points and 4.2 rebounds in 37 Italian League games last season, helping Brescia reach the semifinals.

Sacchetti, whose father Romeo was an Olympic silver medalist with Italy, started his career with Ignis Castelletto Ticino and also played for Carife Ferrara and Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari before joining Brescia. He made his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and 7DAYS EuroCup debuts with Sassari, playing for his father. He helped Sassari win the Italian Cup in 2014 and did even better in 2015, getting the Italian double – league and cup titles.
