Valencia Basket started their preparations for the upcoming season strong with an 85-58 home win against UCAM Murcia.
Valencia controlled the majority of the game constantly increasing the lead which amounted to 12 points at the halftime (44-32). The hosts made a 10-0 run after the break crushing opponents resistance and deciding the winner.
Joan Sastre led the victors with 14 points while Sam Van Rossom scored 11 while adding five assists. Matt Thomas followed with nine points plus seven boards in addition to Mike Tobey’s eight points.
On the other side, Dejan Todorovic scored 13 points in addition to four assists and two rebounds while Delia Marcos and Cate Emanuel added eight points each.
