Unics Kazan announced the extension of Kostas Kaimakoglou contract until the end of the 2018-19 season.

“We have a deal with Kostas”, clarified Unics’ president Evgeny Bogachev. “We have suffered a series of injuries with Melvin Ejim and Pierria Henry and we needed one more import player. That’s why we picked Kaimakoglou. He knows the plays, he was training with us during the pre-season and will not need any time to adapt”.

Kaimakoglou remains a player of Unics Kazan since 2012 when he left Panathinaikos.
