Summer did not go according to plan for Milos Teodosic, but Luca Baraldi, CEO of Segafredo Virtus Bologna, estimated that the 32-year-old Serbian guard will be ready for action from early October. He discussed Teodosic recovering from plantar fasciitis on a television program of Italy’s TRC, Pianeta Basket relays.

“He will fully recover and he will soon be on the court” expressing the optimism in the 7DAYS EuroCup participants’ camp, “He will not be available for the first game, but will be fully ready from the beginning of October.”

In July, Teodosic inked a three-year deal with Virtus Bologna. He was set to help Serbia in the 2019 FIBA World Cup, but missed the trip to China due to the plantar fascia injury he has been dealing with in recent years.
