The Eurohoops Academy gets under way with the tryouts and awaits you at the Eurohoops Dome on September 4-5 to set out on this “journey” together. Read everything you need to know.

The tryouts are for boys that were born between 2003 and 2007 (for those born from 2008 onwards there are no tryouts required) and attendance is mandatory on both days, since on the first day there will be individual technique training and on the second there will be collaboration drills in groups of 2-3 children.

The appointment at the Eurohoops Dome (Evrota 24, 14564, Kifisia) is set on Monday in order to register in the Academy and obtain individual certificates that will allow the children to take part in any sports activities inside and outside the school/gym after the required cardiac evaluation from a mobile unit of doctors that will be on the premises. The cost for the certificate is 20 euros and included in the price is a foot scan that will be conducted in the first week of October. An annual health card will also be issued that will provide free basic services and discounts for numerous examinations in partnering medical centers (benefits to cover medical needs, direct access to hospital and medical benefits nationwide).

The registration in the Academy, which will take place with the start of the training sessions, costs 50 euros for everyone and includes a gift backpack containing sporting equipment. The monthly cost of attending the Academy is 80 euros, except for the baby juniors (born between 2010 and 2011) for whom the cost is 70 euros a month. For every 2nd family member there is a 15% discount for the 2nd member, while for every 3rd member the discount is 25% for the 3rd member. For those who choose to pay a lump sum for a whole year’s membership within September, there is a 10% discount.
