ALBA Berlin won’t be able to count on the 22-year-old forward Tim Schneider as he suffered a herniated spinal disc and will be out indefinitely.

Per EuroLeague.net:

ALBA Berlin suffered a new injury problem with the news on Monday that forward Tim Schneider will be out indefinitely with a herniated spinal disc. Schneider (2.08 meters, 22 years old) had played in 16 of ALBA’s 21 EuroLeague games this season, putting up 3.8 points and 1.3 rebounds in just under 12 minutes per game. He had played parts of three seasons for ALBA in the 7DAYS EuroCup, helping the team reach last spring’s final series and finish as runner-up. Schneider underwent surgery in Berlin on Monday, the club announced, giving no estimation of his return date.
