A Khimki Moscow Region comeback seems to be in the cards for Thomas Robinson.

Khimki Moscow Region is considering Thomas Robinson, according to Donatas Urbonas. The Lithuanian reported added that Jeremy Evans suffered an injury that will keep him out for an extended period.

The Kansas alumni, fifth pick of the 2012 NBA draft, drew all of his 20 EuroLeague appearances with Khimki in 2017-18. Since played in the G League and China. This season posted averages of 16.5 points and 12 rebounds per CBA affair.

Evans, 55th pick of the 2010 NBA draft out of Western Kentucky, returned to the Russian club for a second stint last summer. Played in all 21 EuroLeague matches so far notching 8.5 points and 4.4 rebounds per appearance. He averaged 12.1 points per VTB United League contest as well.

Khimki is currently 9-12, tied for ninth place in Europe’s premier club competition. As for VTB, the team coached by Rimas Kurtinaitis sits on top of the standings with its 14-1 W-L tally.
