Fenerbahce Beko forward/center Joffrey Lauvergne will miss the upcoming game vs. Zenit St. Petersburg in Russia due to family reasons, the club announced.

Lauvergne was out in the last two games of Fenerbahce, the wins over Olimpia Milano and Alba Berlin in what was described to be as a “coaching decision.” The French big man last played in the Round 20 loss to Barcelona in Istanbul.

In 15 EuroLeague games this season, Lauvergne has averaged 6.7 points and 3.1 rebounds over 14:54 minutes.

While Fenerbahce doesn’t face any other problems, Zenit will play in the game minus wing Mateusz Ponitka, guards Alex Renfroe and Dmitry Khvostov plus center Colton Iverson.
