Real Madrid captain Felipe Reyes has reached an agreement with the club for a one-year extension, according to Chema De Lucas. Reyes had previously signed a one-year extension with Real in 2019.

This agreement will keep Reyes with Real for the 17th straight season. The Spanish forward/center and Euroleague’s all-time rebounds leader first joined the team in 2004 after spending the first six years of his professional career with Estudiantes. By the end of 2020-2021, Reyes will be 41 years old.

During his stint with Real, Reyes has won numerous domestic titles plus the EuroLeague championships of 2015 and 2018.
