Partizan released a statement concerning the player on their website which confirmed the news of Warden paying his buy-out and exiting the club.
“Corey Walden decided to accept the offer of another club, which is significantly higher financially, and he pays his buy-out. 27-year-old Walden posted an average of 6.5 points with 3.3 assists per game during the 7DAYS EuroCup regular season, while his numbers went up to 9.8 points, 2.8 assists per game during the Top 16 phase. The American guard also averaged 8.9 points with 1.8 assists in ABA League this season prior to its cancellation.
