Fenerbahce Beko completed the addition of Johnathan Hamilton signing him to a one-year contract with an option for an additional season, the Turkish powerhouse announced on Friday. Eurohoops previously reported on the deal between Fener and the 26-year-old center.

His 2019-20 run with Darussafaka Tekfen was his first in Europe and included strong 7DAYS EuroCup outings. Through 15 appearances, Hamilton averaged 11.3 points and 8.1 rebounds per game. Up next his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut.

No change of scenery domestically. The Trinidadian will move on with a second BSL stint, this time with Fenerbahce. His first prematurely concluded by the coronavirus pandemic saw him put up 8.1 points and 6.6 rebounds per match.

Dyshawn Pierre was the first acquisition after hiring Igor Kokoskov as the new head coach. Afterward, Edgaras Ulanovas came in and Hamilton made out the third new member of the squad.
