LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne penned William Howard for the next two seasons, the French club announced on Thursday.

T.J. Parker’s squad for the 2020-21 season is now complete. Paul Lacombe, Moustapha Fall, Norris Cole, Kevarrius Hayes, Allerik Freeman, and Matthew Marsh were previously added, while Guerschon Yabusele, David Lighty, Matthew Strazel, and Ismael Bako renewed their contracts.

Howard, 26, left France last summer after landing an NBA opportunity through the Utah Jazz. In December, he joined the Houston Rockets and competed in a couple of NBA games. The rest of his 2019-20 campaign feature G League outings with the Salt Lake City Stars and the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.

Prior to moving to the USA, he launched his career in France with Limoges CSP being his last team. The three-year sting with CSP led him to 32 out of his 34 7DAYS EuroCup appearances. The Turkish Airlines EuroLeague will be a new experience for Howard moving into the next season.
