Facundo Campazzo has been set on leaving for the NBA and the Argentinian guard has been on the radar of multiple teams including Minnesota and Dallas. More interest coming from the former, according to Carlos Sanchez Blas.

In case he agrees for an NBA move, Real Madrid would have to be paid six million dollars per the contract’s buy-out clause in order for Campazzo to complete the deal.

A lot is riding on the outcome of Campazzo’s decision including the future of Nicolas Laprovittola who already reached a verbal agreement with Panathinaikos.

However, with Campazzo in the NBA, the scenario of Real Madrid keeping Laprovittola seems more than possible.

This past season, the 29-year-old Campazzo averaged 9.9 points, 7.1 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 24 minutes over 28 EuroLeague games before the competition shut down on March 12 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

He also led Real to the Copa Del Rey trophy in Spain by posting 13.6 points, 10.3 assists, five rebounds and four steals in the tournament, earning the MVP award along the way.
