Cedevita Olimpija defeated Bayern Munich 82 – 74 in the first preseason games for both teams. The match was held in in Munich.
Jaka Blazic led Cedevita with 20 points, while Mikael Hopkins added 15 points. Leon Radosevic had 13 points for Bayern.
The match was close for 30 minutes until Cedevita gained the upper hand by winning the final period 19 – 12 to get the win.
“We showed good energy and play on defense. 74 points by a EuroLeague team is a figure that gives us hope for the rest of the preparation,” Cedevita coach Jurica Golemac said.
