Real Madrid beat Real Betis 68 – 66 to get its second win in an equal number of preseason games ahead of 2020-2021.

In what was a low-scoring performance for both sides, a certain youngster grabbed most of the attention. 17-year-old power forward Tristan Vucekvic (son of former Real Madrid swingman Dusan Vukcevic) scored eight points in his debut with Real Madrid’s senior team and had seven of them during the second quarter, in a stretch that became the talk of the game.

Vukcevic was the third top-scorer for Real Madrid behind Jeff Taylor (13 points) and Alberto Abalde (12 points).

Nick Kay led Real Betis with 21 points. Yakuba Ouattara dropped 17 points and Terrance Campbell had 16 points.
